Privacy Policy
How we handle personal information. Effective July 21, 2026.
Who we are
This website is operated by Brody Networks LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company based in Holly Springs, North Carolina, USA ("we," "us"). For anything related to this policy or your personal information, contact privacy@brodynetworks.com.
The short version
This site uses no cookies, no advertising, and no cross-site tracking. We use one privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that counts page views without identifying you. We collect personal information in exactly one place — the contact form — and we use it for exactly one purpose: responding to you. We do not sell, rent, share, or trade personal information with anyone, for any purpose, including "sharing" as defined by the California Privacy Rights Act.
What we collect and why
- Contact form. If you submit our contact form, we receive what you type — typically your name, email address, company, and a description of your project. We use it to evaluate and respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to deliver services. Legal bases under the GDPR: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as it's relevant to the relationship.
- Server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. These are kept briefly and are not used to profile or identify visitors. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in operating a secure service.
- Web analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited and where visitors come from (page URL, referrer, browser and country). It is cookieless by design: it sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not fingerprint or track you across sites. We see only aggregated counts, never individual visitors. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in understanding how the site is used.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to and stored on our own private infrastructure in the United States. Our website is served by Vercel Inc. (hosting/CDN), our email is provided by Google LLC (Google Workspace), and aggregated site analytics are provided by Cloudflare, Inc. — all act as service providers processing data on our behalf under their standard data protection terms. If you are in the EEA/UK, note that your information is processed in the United States; we rely on our providers' standard contractual clauses for those transfers.
Retention
We keep inquiry and correspondence data only as long as it's useful for responding to you, providing services, or meeting legal and accounting obligations — then we delete it. You can request deletion at any time (see below).
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under the EU/UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and similar US state privacy laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others) — you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you, and receive a copy (access / portability)
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)
- Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (EEA/UK) or state attorney general (US)
To exercise any right, email privacy@brodynetworks.com with your request. We'll verify it using the email address associated with your data and respond within the timeframe required by the applicable law (generally 30–45 days). You may use an authorized agent where the law provides for one.
Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control
We don't profile visitors or track anyone across sites, and our analytics uses no cookies or persistent identifiers — so there is no cross-site tracking or sale of data for Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals to switch off. What little we measure is anonymous and aggregate for everyone, always.
Children
This site offers business services and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this policy and its effective date before the change takes effect. (July 21, 2026: added the cookieless web-analytics section above.) Effective date: July 21, 2026.
