Brody CRM: in active development

The CRM that fills itself in.

A CRM for small service businesses that does its own busywork. Brody captures the call, the email, and the text as a contact and a follow up, drafts the next step, and waits for your okay. One flat price for the whole team, not per seat. It is early, and we are building it now with a small group of founding customers.

Taking founding customers. No per seat pricing.

01 / The idea

Every CRM is a place to put your data. You still have to put it there.

Brody is different by design: the AI is built to do the data entry, the logging, and the first draft of every follow up, and a person on your team approves it before anything is saved or sent. That is the whole point, so no one has to babysit a pipeline all day.

The same idea already runs our other products: the receptionist that answers your phone and the assistant that runs an inbox.

Founding customers

We are taking a small number of founding customers now and building the core with them.

02 / How it works

It captures, it drafts, you approve.

Here is how Brody is built to work: the AI does the entry, a human keeps the final say.

Step 01Captures

It captures.

Calls, emails, and texts turn into contacts, companies, and a single timeline, so nobody retypes what a customer already told you.

Step 02Drafts

It drafts.

The next email, the follow up task, the reminder to call back Tuesday, written for you and lined up to go out.

Step 03You approve

You approve.

Nothing is saved to a record or sent to a customer until a person on your team says yes. You always have the final say.

03 / The core we are building

The parts of a CRM, without the parts you never use.

A small, legible core aimed at a service business, not an enterprise. This is what we are building first.

RecordsPeople

Contacts and companies

People and the businesses they belong to, in one place, with the notes and the history attached.

PipelineDeals

A simple pipeline

Every deal by stage on one board, from first call to won, with the value and the next step in view.

TimelineActivity

One timeline

Calls, emails, texts, and notes on a single feed for each contact, so the whole story is in one scroll.

Follow upTasks

Tasks and reminders

What you owe each customer and when, on a today list tied to the contact, so nothing slips.

OnboardingData

Import and export

Bring your spreadsheet in and take everything out whenever you want. Your data is yours.

BillingFlat

One flat bill

Your whole team is covered, not per seat. Add a dispatcher or an office admin without adding cost.

04 / Where it is today

Real, and early. Here is the honest version.

The platform underneath Brody already runs in production for real work: a receptionist booking live appointments and an assistant running an inbox. The general CRM on top of it is in active development. We are taking a small number of founding customers now, building the core with them, and setting pricing with them. There is no per seat charge and there never will be, one flat bill covers the whole team.

The receptionist and the inbox assistant are live today. Wiring them to feed the CRM, so a call or an email becomes a record on its own, is part of what we are building with our first customers. We would rather promise less and ship it than sell you a finished product that is not.

05 / Who runs this

Built and run by an AI operations practice.

Brody Networks is an AI operations practice. We run AI agents in production for real businesses.

In productionOps

A 24/7 operations assistant

Always on, watching the work and pinging a human only when one is actually needed.

In productionInbox

An executive chief of staff

Runs an inbox and the follow ups, drafts first, a person approves before anything goes out.

In productionBooking

Live booking integrations

Real appointments written into the calendar systems businesses already run.

The CRM is the same discipline pointed at your contacts: the AI does the work, a human gate catches what it should not decide alone. Meet the receptionist that answers your phone and the assistant that already run this way.
